CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
CLIMBER
... minimum three years experience, climbing/rigging expertise, extensive knowledge of trees, excellent risk assessment skills, bucket truck operation, DZ license, leadership and teamwork skills, client communications and diplomacy skills, ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with experienced ground crew members.
ENTRY-LEVEL CLIMBER
... student or recent graduate of Urban Forestry or Arboricultural program, some experience climbing and rigging, willingness to learn from more experienced climbers, flexibility to perform grounds tasks when climbing work appropriate to their skill level is not available. G license required, DZ license an asset. Physical fitness and a “no drama” attitude a must. Rapid advancement is possible for new climbers who are able to learn quickly and to master techniques.
GROUNDSMEN
... ideal for students in Forestry or Arboricultural programs, or for others with an interest in the field and a willingness to apply themselves to this demanding work. Must be able to follow instructions, be punctual, understand and follow all safety policies and methods of protecting client property. Willingness to work until the job is done and to clean up according to high standards that set the company apart from the competition. G license a definite asset, as is working toward DZ.
DZ DRIVERS
We are looking for DZ drivers who want to work in the tree care industry.
Specifically, we need a DZ driver at least 25 years of age who can drive our trucks but also participate in the tree work. No experience in tree work is necessary - we will train.
